Washington D.C. Metro Water and Sewer Authority (DCWASA) has a $2.2 Billion long term plan to reduce combined sewer outfalls to the Potomic River and others in our Nation's capital. This Google Earth KML file shows the approximate locations of four segments of tunnel that will be constructed over the next 15 years or so.
